In March 2016 AXOS Urban was engaged by the Mornington Peninsula Shire to assist design and implement a public workshop to test the Draft Public Art Policy, Public Art Proposal Form and the Draft Implementation Manual. The latter document had not been circulated as it was in “first draft” form and is basically intended as an internal to Council document. Part of AXOS’s engagement terms was to review the documents and to ensure the key issues would be tested, including the content of the implementation manual.
